The Great Puzzle Maker

As I walked towards the room, my eyes became fixed on thousands of pieces of cardboard. Simple cardboard that had been scattered around the room in numerous different locations. A great mess upon the floor that could hardly be imagined. A great mess or a masterpiece awaiting construction? The eyes of the beholder contain only the true answer. The little pieces of cardboard in front of us remain to be hideous when spread out all apart on the floor. A disaster in fact.
We must put the puzzle together in order to create the beauty that it was meant to contain. God is a puzzle maker. God creates the pieces of the puzzle and lays them in front of us for those who trust him.
"But he who obeys me dwells in security, in peace, without fear of harm." Proverbs 1:33

God creates the opportunity for our puzzle of life to be a masterpiece if only we can trust in his judgement and follow the plan. God cannot easily fit the pieces of the puzzle together by himself. It takes the commitment and trust of his followers.
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not;
In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make straight your paths.
Be not wise in your own eyes, fear the LORD and turn away from evil;" Proverbs 3: 5-7
Proverbs goes on to describe the ways in which trusting the Lord will benefit the lives of each and everyone of his followers. Be thankful for the gifts that God has given you. He has blessed everyone with the greatest gift of all. The sacrifice of his own son for the forgiveness of our sins. Allow God to help you piece together the puzzles of your life and prosper.
"For the leader; with stringed instruments. A psalm of David.
Answer when I call, my saving God. In my troubles, you cleared a way; show me favor; hear my prayer.How long will you people mock my honor, love what is worthless, chase after lies? Selah
Know that the LORD works wonders for the faithful; the LORD hears when I call out.
Tremble and do not sin; upon your beds ponder in silence.
Offer fitting sacrifice and trust in the LORD.
Many say, "May we see better times! LORD, show us the light of your face!" Selah
But you have given my heart more joy than they have when grain and wine abound.
In peace I shall both lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me secure." PSALM 3

i don't know how you do it. But you always seem to write about things that i have been thinking about, but could never type out like you do. I really do enjoy reading your posts. They give me lots to think about, and they also help me remember that there is hope. Thank you very much.
